How to Request a Commission
Please look through all of my portfolios, read through all listed above prices, and understand these are base rates and may increase due to size or detail.
Send me an e-mail with your request. Let me know what size you’re looking for, medium you prefer from my listed materials, and preferred style aesthetic from my demonstrated portfolio. Please include your name and best ways to contact you as well.
You may provide me with images for reference or inspiration, but I will not copy another artist’s work verbatim and carbon-copy. Fan art is welcomed, but again it will not be a carbon-copy.
You must tell me the timeline you’re working in if you request the work to be delivered by a specific date or special occasion; rush rates may apply. Commissions are first-come, first-serve and rush option may not be available.
Please, remember that am a human, so unexpected delays may happen from time to time, and your flexibility is appreciated.
Invoices are sent via PayPal to your e-mail for all custom work. Shipping options and insurance added for additional fees. Please let me know up front if the shipping address will be outside of the US so I may provide an appropriate quote.
Be prepared to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit before work is started. This is non-negotiable; payment plans are possible, but no work is started until that 50% threshold is reached.
Commissions which remain outstanding and unpaid by the agreed upon date will be auctioned/sold by artist to the general public for the remainder of the bill. Contact me before that date if you need payment extensions; limited number of extensions may be granted.
A Note to Buyers & Commission Clients
Disclaimer: I, Ellen Avigliano, do not endorse nor consent to participating in “Minting” or “Tokenizing” any of my photography, images, custom commissions, ready-to-sell artwork, or any of my creations and IP for “NFT” work. I do not choose to participate in cryptocurrency sales, crypto-based art, crypto-based commercial licensing, etc. Should you see my work available as an NFT/Crypto based option, please note that it was not done with my consent and the individual or organization offering it for sale is not a legitimate copyright holder of my work.
Disclaimer: Commissioning me for a custom piece of art does not transfer copyright of the artwork to the purchaser. Commissioning me for photography does not transfer copyright of the photos to the purchaser. Purchasing ready-to-sell artwork or prints does not give the purchaser power to reproduce those items nor does it transfer copyright of the original artwork or photo or time to the purchaser. Purchasing my work does not grant you the right to sell NFT/Cryptobased copyright transfer of my work.

The Artist will retain all copyright to creations and artwork created by The Artist, but is willing to license work or grant printing rights to commissioned work as needed on a per project basis. (If you’re not sure what qualifies, just ask!)

The Artist does not claim to own the original character designs of movie/television characters and derivative works are the artist’s fan-art renderings and do not reflect on the original creator or company of origination.
I kindly request your respect and patience with responding to messages and inquiries on deliverables.
Please remember that I am a human being, and I am a chronically ill/disabled artist. It may take me a little time to process requests, start your work, or complete a project. I will get to your message as soon as I am able. If any projects are delayed, I will do my best to communicate with you as quickly as possible to detail any delays in production. Please bear your timeline for delivery in mind before making the request. Include date-sensitive deadlines in your request. Rush requests may be billed at an extra charge. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
